Outside the walls is the 'Township' (slums) of Mounteneare. Here people who cannot afford to live within the city stay, by the generosity of the Lord, in order to do the little farming that is possible with Mounteneares poor soil. Crime runs rapart throughout this area, and the gurads of the city often dont approach this area.
The first tier is designed as a tourist local, were all are welcome to come spend their gold. It is constantly bustling with people, and has many taverns to suit whatever needs of the travelers. many of the shops here are either built to take advantage of unwary travellers, or are outlandish in their design and product, in an attempt to stand out from the crowd.
The second tier is reserved for the Inhabitants of the city. Many who own a shopfront in the first tier live here. This tier is the quieter of the first 3 tiers, many devoted to the residential needs of the city
The Third tier is where most of the guild halls are located, and master crafters will set up shop here to provide for the skilled artisans, adventurers and wealth patrons.
