The Tricolor League
The unified government of the Camaxan species, which rules from their homeworld of Xochi'yan.
While most galactic civilizations have a unified government, there are few examples of that being completely true, often coming with the expectation that the component governments are competing with each other within the unified structure, but the Tricolor League seems to defy that expectation.
Due to the Camaxan philosophy on war and conflict, even as they can be seen to be in conflict with each other, even open war, the unity of the government does not change. It doesn't dissolve as adherents take sides, nor does anyone but the participating parties prepare for war in mot cases. This is true even of political conflicts.
