Bahamut

Bahamut, the ancient wyrm of legend, is a dragon thousands of years old, once revered and feared as a force of raw power and wisdom. After the devastating Medallan Dragonwar, he was betrayed, chained, and forgotten — a living relic buried beneath history’s shame. For centuries, he slumbered beneath the weight of his fury, his trust in mortals shattered.

That changed during Xiten’s revolution.

Recognizing the strength and sorrow locked within Bahamut’s ancient soul, Xiten freed the dragon from his chains, offering not only liberty, but transformation. Through powerful magic, he granted Bahamut the ability to take human form at will, allowing him to walk the world of mortals without fear, yet still call upon his full draconic might when needed.

Though reluctant and burning with centuries of resentment, Bahamut agreed to fight alongside Xiten — not out of trust, but necessity. Yet in the fires of rebellion, what began as obligation slowly shifted. Bahamut came to see in Xiten something no human had ever shown: honor without expectation, loyalty without chains. By the time the crown was won, they were not just allies — they were brothers-in-arms.

Now, with Solaris reborn and Xiten seated upon the throne, Bahamut returns to Medalla — not in wrath, but with purpose. He seeks to free his dragonkin, still bound in the shadows of a war long past, and to ensure that the sins of the Medallan Dragonwar are not repeated.
