Session 01 - The Missing TIES

We begin in the hangar deck of the Scylla, as Spcm. Galaar recieves a summons to the office of his boss, Warrant Officer Graves. He tells the mechanic to suit up, as he’s being sent on a ground mission for some reason-- his marksmanship scores are good enough that he qualifies for combat operations now (after a recent… change in standards). He also threatens Galaar not to make him look bad.   At the briefing, the rest of the squad have also been summoned. They know each other, at least in passing, as they are all Stormtroopers, but have all been pulled from other assignments/dead squads for this. They have a few minutes to introduce themselves.   A few minutes late, Captain Hyllos, Lt. Horne, and Sgt. Gren march in. Hyllos talks about how he handpicked them for this mission, and how important they will each be to the “eradication of these insignificant pirates.” Under the surface, Hyllos is visibly frustrated that this “untested squad” is all he can afford to send to chase down this lead-- the overdue supply ship is a big problem that has been kept secret for morale purposes. He leaves after a few minutes and Horne takes over, giving the actual briefing.   Sgt. Gren’s new team is sent to investigate a small scrapyard on Belassar-5b, known locally as "Argo", where a scrapper reportedly has a fresh supply of TIE parts. Command wants to know where these came from, as a supply shipment including TIE parts is overdue. Rollo is going along as a technical expert, to verify the parts belong to a specific manifest.   Upon landing, the crew Intimidated a few of the local toughs, met a shady Twi'lek prostitute, and find their way through to Mwa've's shop. Being the recipient of some Imperial "persuasion", Mwa've takes the crew to the scrapper's hanger, where the scrappers are disassembling a TIE and remnants of the supply shipment.   A panicked firefight breaks out, but before long a crew of Blackstalkers shows up in an armed skimmer. Things escalate: machinery is dropped on people, grenades are thrown, and Spcm Galaar jumps in the partially-scrapped TIE fighter and slags the skimmer.   (Forgive some inaccuracies and vagueness, this was written like a year after the fact lol)
