Ruled soley and populated only by Grung, outsiders are actively shunned and outright banned entrance to the nation, causing it to be labeled as an isolationist nation by the other nations of Helevtica
its capital is named Shi'phuag and no one has been able to find any information on it from before or after it was taken over by the cult... even scrying doesn't work...
