Cymbarite District
A sprawling district that expands every day with immigration into Fin-Allan, the Cymbarite district is a large lower class district in the southern half of the city that houses most of the laborers of Fin-Allan. Dominated by the Rivermen, the district nevertheless has an underbelly that does not count itself within their ranks. Small-time craftsmen largely outside guild structures live in this district, as well as figures at the edges of the law. The Cymbarite district also serves as a hub for activities such as game poaching, to the consternation of the noble landowners in the surrounding region. The Rivermen, for their part mostly protect their members, and to some degree the small-time craftsmen within their territories. As a result, the Cymbarite District is one of the easiest places in the city for criminal gangs to lair in as long as they do not actively attack the Rivermen.
