Enboro

Enboro has a total population of 3.6 Billion people which is made up entirely of humans, the city continuously covers a good part of the submerged surfaces of Aderia. The population is particularly dense within a radius, from the center of the Pasujai district, of about fifty kilometers which represents the epicenter of the city.

The city is headed by a mayor who is elected by popular vote for a four-year term and sits at City Hall wich is located in the Pasujai district, at the center of the city. This one has a municipal council composed of elected officials who, like the mayor, are elected by universal suffrage and vote on resolutions, regulations or other proposals from the executive. However, unlike other cities in the Republic, Enboro's size and large population have forced it to transfer a lot of power to districts that act as semi-autonomous cities. The city center obviously retains some powers, but all of the powers considered local are transferred to the districts. These each have a mayor and a government which takes the form of the government of the central city.

The city does not have a concrete defense rather it relies on defense in orbit to prevent any landings of an army which would aim to invade the city. A number of military bases are however present in the city's territory where troops are permanently stationed there. It is also planned in the event of an invasion to use the very dense environment of the city to facilitate its defense by giving opportunities for ambushes, practicing guerrilla techniques or providing the troops with hiding places.

The city is an essential commercial crossroads in the Nachaek system as well as in the whole Republic thanks to there spaceports. Indeed, a number of Space Routes end or pass through Aderia and therefore the Enboro spaceports, which means that it sees hundreds of ships pass every day. The city also has become an important industrial center receiving some of the raw materials from the his own system and other nearby ones.

The city has within it the second largest spaceports on the planet with an important network of public transport composed of regional rail, metro and tram lines. The streets have been built inside the city to accommodate autonomous mini-buses, public transit, local deliveries and service vehicules. The private vehicles are normally allowed in peripheral areas of republican city, but the really dense nature of Emboro mean that only one highway was built forming a circle around the administrative limits of the city. It is althought very small with only one lane in each direction and mainly used for local deliveries since giving access to areas where private vehicles are prohibited. This is feasible by the fact that cars and trucks operate autonomously on the freeway drastically increasing their capacity. An important cycling and pedestrian network is also present to encourage active transport wether on the streets of the city or in fully dedicated corridor.

Enboro has a lot of vegetation which is present almost everywhere as well as uses ecologic materials for the for medium and tall buildings like all republican cities. Solar panels and miniature wind turbines are installed everywhere on the buildings which reduces their energy consumption. The city is dense with very tall buildings which adopted more extravagant shapes often taking several urban levels in certain areas. The vegetation had an omnipresent place in this city, whether on buildings, inside them and in public spaces. The neighborhoods a little further from the center have medium-sized buildings with the same characteristics of vegetation and materials used. The periphery have low-medium ones that form the majority of the urban park while the low density may be present even if it's the minority. This scheme is generally present in all the cities of the Republic, but Enboro has infinitely more skyscrapers than any other city.
