STN - High Moon

Humanity's playground, Luna City, was infiltrated today by a terrorist who tampered with the city's Life Support system.   Yesterday, in the early hours of the afternoon, tourists, workers and business officials reported to their local clinics with symptoms of dizziness, light-headedness and nausea. However, many of the medical staff were also under the same condition.   During this time, Luna's Guardians were recieving reports of an odd smell coming from numerous ventilation systems through the City.   At first this only effected Section 1A of the City, but eventually 1B, 1C and 1D were feeling the same effects. At the time, the Prime Commander of the Guardians, Roger Smith stated, "we putting all of our resources and efforts in catching whoever is responsible for these dangerous breaches of our health and security."   He was not wrong, as the criminal was soon after caught when they had failed to conceal their efforts when they tried to contaminate the Life Support systems in Section 2A. Sidney Taylor, an Engineer of Luna City's TechTeam, was caught red handed, or rather green handed.   Forensics and investigators were quick to determine that Taylor had added substances of hydroponically-grown Cannibis into the system, by-passing the air filtration vents. Taylor was quickly restrained and taken to be processed and sentenced to a Detention Centre in the Asteroid Belt.   In a statement this morning, Commander Smith annouced, "Sidney Taylor, was arrested last night after damaging the Life Support systems with his irresponsible actions. Taylor was immidately sent to the Asteroid Belt, as this act of terrorism is to never be tolerated and must be dealt with by an iron fist."   There have been criticisms to the harshness of what many consider as a joke. However, many more have the same point of view as Commander Smith. That this breach was not only senseless, but also dangerous especially as Taylor used their TechTeam privilages to sabbotage Luna City.
