Sleemo Roxbury
Sleemo is a rising star and scion of the Roxbury dynasty. The charismatic and silver-tongued Sleemo has positioned himself in a high position of power by extending the banking influence onto High Sanctuary. He works to forward the goals of the guilds on High Sanctuary, which do not always entirely align with the empire's.
Sleemo is a coward and hates violent confortation. He has never known any kind of hostility directly at him, so he quickly caves under threats of violence. Sleemo mostly relies on imperial organizations to do his dirty work, and has been known to hire Hans Greco for things that the imperials might not be willing to engage in.
