Ora runs the gossip column for the Waystar publication in Pacifica. He has been snooping around Moonie Selune on a tip that she might be long lost nobility.
Ora is a sucker for a good party and even better gossip. He loves to leverage his position for more free benefits. He craves a posting to work on the imperial nobility, and is always interested in dirt on anyone that has a title.
