Epsilon
Epsilon is the leader of the partizans, a radical extremist group nestled deep within the Core Systems. She believes that it is neccessary to strike directly at the empire, in its heart. She believes in shock and awe, and is responsible for the bombings on Narez, Temple and Tochi. She is rumored to have multiple hideouts, and has access to several FTL capable ships.
Her ability to strike at the heart of empire has earned her the respect of rebels across the galaxy. However, her disregard for civilian casualties has earned her the ire of some more moderate heads of the Alliance.
Epsilon was a clone, one of many who were created in order to serve in the Imperial legions, destined to die. However, thanks to the help of Juda she freed herself. In the years that would follow, Epsilon would organize a resistance in the heart of the empire. She works adjacent to the Guild of Roses, through intermediaries like Juda or Oskar Wagner.

Motivation
Epsilon is so radical because she has no other choice. Her revolution is personal, its either win or die. She fights because she has to, because its what she was trained to do and its because its all she knows. Epsilon knew no other life than the battlefield, so her resistance to the emprie greatly resembles that. Epsilon sees the empire as the ultimate evil, and there are no lines that she is unwilling cross to see it burn. In her mind, the ends justify the means, because the empire is already doing the most evil possible, on a galaxy wide scale.
