Impravads

The Impravads are an elite unit of the Palabrani army tasked with protecting the Red Empress and her family. Carefully vetted, extensively trained, and well-equipped, the Impravads are among the empire’s most feared and respected warriors.

Composition

Structure

The Impravads have a hierarchical command structure consisting of the following ranks:

Guardsman—Regular guardsmen.
High Guard—An Impravad is allowed to retire after 15 years of service, but those that stay on are granted certain privileges and the rank of high guard.
Captain—Captains are high-ranking officers who command groups of 10-20 guards each.
Commander—Commanders are the highest-ranking officers of the Impravad. There can only be one commander at a time.
