Corvus Coalition
The Corvus Coalition is one of the smallest nations on Novidera. They have a small central civilization with small outposts and minor towns throughout the world. They are a civilization built on exploration and discovery and their economy is built on this principal. Nowhere else can you find the best travel clothing, snacks that could last a journey around the world and trinkets from long forgotten catacombs.
Structure
The Coalition is made up of a few minor city states that united with a goal to unite the Corvielo people under one flag and unify their purpose. The leader of the Coalition is the Baron. In order to become the Baron you must successfully return from a ritualistic journey around the known world or be known for discovering an important landmark. The nation is primarily lead by the Baron as well as a council of ruling elders.
Culture
Their culture is centered around exploration and their economy follows closely with this desire for discovery. Many people within their nation either goes out on expeditions or supports those expeditions at home by providing food and other supplies. Outside of their nation the Corvielo are hired to act as scouts or as adventurers for hire.
Public Agenda
The nations major goal is to discover the whole of the world every island, lake, and tree. They also wish to grow and become more united which tends to lead to a more isolationist lifestyle wishing to keep outside influence out. This however leads to a contradiction between them and their desire for adventure and exploration.
History
The Corvus Coalition once ruled a larger land area but a series of infighting caused some member city states to leave and join the other nations.
