Alexander Blackheart

Alexander Blackheart is one of the sons of Shadow Blackheart and, of course, the Blackheart Family. As such this makes him a prospect of both Demonic and Draconic Blood, with traits from his original life being as of now unknown. He is also classified as a Soul Taker which has granted him power over the spiritual plane of existence though to what extent is as of now unknown.   He is the brother of famous Blackhearts such as Zero and Leo, having been around since the Warring States Period where he aided both the Demonic Arms and Shadow Dominions with various operations. He was stated to have been involved with the conflict again- and often did battle with the likes of Cynder Alliance and the Dark Ascendancy, partaking later in the Terminator Wars.   Following these wars though Alex had gone into exile, making occasional appearances in the decades that followed; though most of these appearances were related to Dominions business. His rank with the Dominions is unknown, due to his lack of interest in integrating with it; but it can be assumed that his rank is high. Despite being family, Alexander has stayed out of the business of his siblings largely over the years. It is said that he worked as a mercenary for much of his years in exile though none of this has been properly confirmed. Some reports from the Federation indicate that Alexander fought in the Dusk Wars against the Federation-backed Rebel forces.   He has come out into the open in recent years following the course of events that have changed the status quo of the Shadow Dominions and his family.  

Appearance

Alexander is a male who appears to be in his mid-twenties to early thirties, despite having been born nearly a century ago. He is of average height and average build. Like his brothers Leo and Zero, he sports white hair of average length; though unlike the two of them his hair is naturally white and has never been changed. It is also shorter than the hair of both brothers. He possesses magenta colored eyes, rather unusual compared to the blue eyes of his brothers; however when enraged or getting serious his eye whites will turn black and blood shot whilst his cornea become red rings of pulsating madness. He also has some facial hair on his chin.   Often he sports red mooncrest glasses, with it being unclear if he actually needs them to see proper or not. He also usually wears a yinyang necklace of some sort, which appears to be common amongst the siblings.   Generally he will wear casual clothes. His first outfit consists of a gray and black shirt, navy blue sweat pants, black and white boots. He will then wear a blue vest with gold trim with twin tails and no sleeves. He also will wear a white labcoat overtop with orange buttons and pockets on the sides + gray cuffs. This outfit is dotted with red spades on both of his shoulders and the backs of both gloves, their significance being unknown presently.   His alternate outfit he often wears is a blue sweatshirt with a black X on the chest, black jeans, and black dress shoes- reminiscent of an outfit from the Home Lands some in the family wore. He retains the necklace and gloves from his main outfit; though swaps the white lab coat for a black jacket with orange buttons. Once more he has the spades on his gloves; though rather than reds on his shoulders he sports an upside down gold space on the right of his jacket.    

Personality

Alexander is best described as docile, chill, lax. He tends to not involve himself with things directly unless curious or if intervention is warranted. He can be playful and sarcastic at times, often trolling even his allies with his words and thoughts- making rather meta references in his free time. Even when faced against an enemy in battle he would prefer words to violence, not relishing the thought of battle or getting scuffed up. He is also not the easiest to anger when compared to his famous brother Zero; though when pressed he will forgo formalities and aim for the kill rather than play around.   Despite being ever so 'pleasant' he does harbor darkness. He holds darkness for the actions he and his brother had taken during the Home Lands era, and regrets not stopping Midori's rise to power which triggered the Terminator Wars. He continues to dodge responsibility and leadership roles within the Shadow Dominions, often stating that he views himself as unworthy. He also can be triggered and sent into a wrathful state when pressed on certain topics. Recently after a meeting with 'advisors' from the Dominions, who spoke ill of his fallen family members and demanded Alex speak such as well to downplay his family, Alex wasted no time in dispatching the guards and terrifying the lead advisor; though in the situation guards of the advisor had shot first after he was worked up by said advisor's words. He later commented that he did not kill the leader because "death is a release, and if he wants that he'll have to do it himself."  

Abilities

Many of Alexander's abilities are unknown but it is believed that he holds many of the Draconic and Demonic abilities of his family. In the battle against Lord Providence's forces of the Federation he showcased incredible mastery over the water element with some demonstrations of his use of the other elements such as lightning and fire. His energy is considered immense as he was able to animate his own shadow to face an A-Class opponent whilst combating 5 demon hunters with a corpse puppet, maintaining multiple techniques against all of them. He is also a user of the Sonido.   He was proven capable of summoning a large volume of water that stood many meters tall in a radius the size of several city blocks. Using 'jutsu' of the Shinobi System he was capable of casting many different manifestations of water to subdue/occupy his numerous foes.   Alexander has demonstrated the ability to manifest his aura/energy into physical form much like Ki, using energy blades and flames for both offensive and defensive purposes.  

History

Upbringing

Alexander's exact origins are unknown but he was believed born a few years before his infamous brother, Zero. He was raised within the Katazome Clan, a well known and feared Demon Clan. Related to the likes of the Tatara and the Shirogane, known for having a specialty magic, the Katazome were known for their stock in enchanted 'Golems' or Puppets. It is speculated that at a young age Alexander was taught the craft of Puppet Creation, being taught to construct and etch a piece of his soul into each creation. It is said by the time he was twelve he had mastered the craft of weaving together components to create abstract Puppets, and learned to infuse excess Spirit Energy into these components to strengthen them.   From the age of eleven he had already been in battle against enemies- mobs and enemy clans alike. The Tatara with their Spacial Magic, the Shirogane with their Enchanted Weapons, even various tribes of Hollow (Bleach). In fact it is said that Alexander learned much about the way of Spiritual Manipulation by watching the likes of the Hollow and the Arrancar. From this he picked up abilities such as Cero, Sonido, and even the ability to mimic an Arrancar's Hierro in the same manner that he applied to his creations. As he began to learn other abilities, such as his affinity for the elemental magic of Water, he rose through the ranks and became a teenage prodigy.   Despite his time among warriors, this was also the time when Alexander adopted his distaste for random violence as he witnessed the lives it would take and ruin. This view would end up being cemented by the time of his early teens as it was during such time that a coalition would wage war against the various clans. Backed by the Soul Society, different Great Powers would begin a purge of the likes of the Katazome and Tatara, viewing them as a greater threat than that of the Hollows. Facing the likes of the whole of Squad 11 and their Kenpachi, the Katazome would buckle in no time and- while they would not be wiped from existence, they would be broken and scattered.   This left Alexander to wander his given Demon Realm for a few short years. Working as a mercenary, dealing with mobs of monsters and the likes of his former enemies, Alex survived for a number of years before finding fortune in relocating to the realm of PSony-3 for a job.  

The Corporate Years

Near the end of the fourties when he was in his mid-teens, Alexander undertook a bounty which saw him relocate to the Home Lands of PSony-3. This, as it would so happen, would be the last Demon Realm job he would undertake for the next several decades. Within the Home Lands he found a break from the conflict, a break from the way of the warrior that he had known. Come the start of the thirties he had found a job as a security head for the mines near Edo of Nippon, known for their frequent monster attacks. His Marionettes proved valuable to saving lives and even helping in the mining operations.   Finding family in his coworkers and underling, Alex during this time is said to have retired from the way of the warrior for much of the next decade. During this time the Home Lands were still under the immediate control of the Corporations, a conglomoration of different literal corporations and governing powers. While corruption was ever present, it did not yet flourish. There were no mercenary problems, there was no warfare, the most he would fend off would be bandits and pirates.   The change from peace officer to warrior would of course come again but it was a slow change, the transition of which would not begin until the year 34 B.H.F. Corporate tensions had not yet begun to rise; though more and more 'illicit' groups had begun to arrive to carve out portions of the Home Lands. Largely though the Nippon region remained free of this. Any trouble that came near would be dealt with. The shift was gradual however as in the following year, small clans had begun to plague the states of Edo. Mining operations had begun to be threatened, and mercenaries were starting to be called in.   Come 32 B.H.F. the blueprints for the Corporate Wars were beginning to come into fruition. To counter the rise in crime, various mercenary guilds were being contracted regularly, and over the next couple of years the tides were pressed. Accidental clashes of mercenaries here, increased crime by organized bandits there, thelosses in profit for rival corporations all around and the gains for those who could stay affloat. And bit by bit the future was set. Those of power began to see how they could use their forces to strong arm, to divert raiders to their enemies who seemed weaker, to demand more profit, and to police.   Eventually said mercenaries would even be used to start attacking rival factions, using said mercs to pose as bandits to shift blame. Alexander eventually fell into this game himself as his employers began to pit him against enemies. Unfortunately for the Puppet Master, his creations would not hold up well against foes of B-Class ranking and higher, while his own powers were far from capable of any such feats. And so during those early years he would work on honing himself in addition to his craft, all the while seeing what was coming. By 27 B.H.F. with tensions rising as high as they were, Alexander began to see the writing on the wall- knowing that war would be coming.   As such he encouraged his friends and allies to prepare. Not wishing to be a pawn he pulled himself from the company; though in doing so his co-workers would pay the price unknown to him at first. With the Puppet Master leaving his security duties, the mining guild wasted no time in sabotaging their own workers to cause an accident that could be blamed on rivals. And so in 26 B.H.F. Alex would find himself almost entirely alone once more, blamed by those who had survived. He'd spend the next year roaming the Home Lands, observing the sprouts of the various seeds of corruption. The suffering, the depravity, a twisting realization.   Eventually he began to take on mercenary work once again to provide for the few allies he had left, as well as to get back against his previous employers. He worked for several guilds, one of which would be the Blackbox Agency, which would lead to him crossing paths with none other than Zero Blackheart in the years to come.  

The Corporation Wars

In 24 B.H.F. the Corporation War began, the different ruling powers unleashing their hordes of mercenaries upon one another. While most certainly not a traditional war with battle fronts, it was still a deadly conflict that saw hundreds dying regularly. Alexander during this time fought for multiple allied agencies, some of which were by the coalitions of citizens against the overhead powers. During such battles and in working for the Blackbox Agency, he did eventually meet Zero Blackheart and- in time, his father Shadow Blackheart.   What happened between Alexander and his family is not yet understood; though he did 'unleash his bloodline' during those initial weeks and eventually join hands with his family. Under the wing of Shadow Blackheart and the Shadow Dominions and Corus the Revolutionary of the Sapphire Ravens, joined by his siblings such as Zero and Leo, Alexander advanced quickly. Both his magical abilities and his political game were ramped up, studying under both ancient beings. While he would not fall into the path of hatred like his younger brother, Alexander would begin to harbor resentment for those in power for allowing corruption to flourish- leading to the state of war.   Pressed by the teaching of the Revolutionary and influenced by his family, Alexander joined his siblings in adopting the ideals of Revolution. The trajectory of the Corporation Wars changed greatly in the first year as the Great Powers came to realize that war was not as profitable as they had initially believed. And so as they began to exit, powerful entities like the Shadow Dominions began to grab up territory- acting as 'guardians of the peace' in place of the Corporations and their Mercenaries. Alexander himself was dispatched as an ambassador numerous times, negotiating settlements.   On the flipside he would also join his breathren in unleashing hordes of undead and devastation upon rival factions. Come the turn of 22 B.H.F. as the last of the corporations backed out, the state of conflict became one of unknown nature. Powers great like the Dominions held territory and the soldiers now despite not owning the lands outright. Not one power dared to make a move lest it trigger a true war which could outright destroy everything. The stalemate lasted for months, no power willing to make a move at first; though as time passed and they were able to reflect on what had been, an answer was soon found.   The Corporations had used Mercenary Groups in secret, proxies. And so the idea was born- Proxy Wars. The mighty empires need not involve themselves and trigger a war--- their underling could do that instead. And so came the next stage: The Warring States period.  

The Warring States

Alexander during this time focused primarily on the political side of the conflict, not caring much for the violence and death of being a warrior. However as time went on and the cost of corruption and the war its greed created became ever more apparent, with the suffering of others, Alexander soon found himself agreeing with Corus. And so when the proxy wars began and it was less of Great Powers fighting and more of guilds doing battle for territory, he left his position. Alexander's shift from politics to open warfare began with him working alongside the Sapphire Ravens, known later as the Demonic Arms.   The idea of stealing power from their enemies and returning it directly to the people became engraved in him to the point where, like his siblings, he began to fight tooth and nail. While he was ruthless he still held mercy, blaming not those who carried dagger and shield but instead the commanders who sent the people to die. His power grew again during this time as did that of Zero. No longer was there any merit in maintaining the system that had once been, it now was time for it all to burn down. For three years the on and off 'gang violence' filled the streets, with the Ravens laying waste to all that they came across with little difficulty.   Under Zero's leadership, Corus's influence, and the backing of Shadow, few could successfully challenge the order. A true rival would not appear until 19 B.H.F. during which time the Cynder Alliance and other guilds of equal power showed. While Zero dealt with the Cynder Alliance primarily, Alex worked alongside his father in cleaning up other rivals such as the Blood Bourne. Though Alex would sometimes clash with the likes of Sujit Kirin and Kimmy the Time Lord, his interactions with the alliance were minimal. The specifics of his battle log are unknown as he also began to take a more administrative role during this time, helping Zero with several experiments and garnering resources for the Demonic Arms' R&R Team.   By 15 B.H.F. Alexander's presence was minimal in the actual conflict. With the death of Corus and a few of his friends and siblings, Alexander began to shift focus from destroying their enemies to protecting their own territories and people. He would still deal with other enemies; however he would appear less and less in the important battles such as Lockwood and the various battles for Edo.  

Terminator Wars & Home's Fall.

By 10 B.H.F. Alexander was mostly removed from the conflict, working as an administrator for the Dominions directly and carrying out different routes of business for his family. During this time the Warring States had begun to die down. With Cynder Alliance's departure there were few to challenge the Demonic Arms; though by said point many had tired of the wars in the streets. And so a new alliance came forth, hired on by those wishing to end the conflict. Many foresaw Zero and his order as the remaining thorn preventing peace, and so the United Dimension Federation was called in to deal the final blow.   Alexander's attention would return after the peace settlement between the UDF and his brother, as on orders from his father, Alex began to aid in the rebuilding of the Home Lands and redirecting some of the DA's wartime resources. During these months of peace, he would make note of the devious nature of Dr. Midori and Tobex Tatara; but would be shrugged off by his brother. Not willing to press it due to peace being restored, Alexander let these feelings slide.   The Terminator Wars would officially begin in 9 B.H.F. with Midori's forces assassinating the UDF Ambassadors and several of Zero's allies. From this point on the Dominions and the different guilds would be forced into defending the Home Lands from the onslaught of the Machine Army, commanded by Dr. Midori and Tobex Tatara. Alexander would fight in various battles during the war, raising his own Golems to aid in fending off the machines. The specific records of this time are lost but Alex was present for the final battle though not at Sodium itself. He would witness the Vertex Bomb drop which would eventually end all of Home.   Details of what Alexander did are unknown but for several years it is said that he would help evacuate the Home Lands as the poison continued to rot the environment, before eventually disappearing from the spotlight altogether.  

Exile Years

From nearly 3 B.H.F. Alexander would disappear entirely with some believing him to have died during the end of Home, fending off remnants of the machine army. The truth is largely unknown as from 3 B.H.F. up to 44 A.H. there was no sign of Alex. In recent times it has been revealed that the white haired warrior had exiled himself to the depths of the Demon World of Flore Lunae. While he had appeared as mentioned from time to time to handle Dominion's Business and deal with his father, Alexander would not appear proper until the year 44 A.H.   By his own account during this time he had spent years tracking Tobex and Midori's allies. During this time he avoided the Dark Council, both Tatara Conflicts, and the Dusk Wars. He has stated however that he was involved with fighting the Demon Rebels of the Hell Rebellion which saw various Demon Worlds rise up against the mortals. He states that he has also targetted remnants of the Rebels and the remnants of the Demonic Arms since both war's end and Zero's demise.  

Return

Alexander Blackheart has made his survival known in recent times since the death of his father Shadow. His first major reappearance involved a coffee shop of some sort in which he met with several advisors from the Shadow Dominions to discuss the order's fate following Shadow's death and, unknown to him at that time, the death of his elder brother Geno. During this meeting the advisor Morionus had pressed Alexander to either take the reigns or to denounce the Blackheart Family's holdings of the Dominions whilst calling his falling family out for their weakness. Atop this with trigger-happy body guards, Alexander would go on to kill the dozen of Morionus's guards and leave the man himself alive, instructing him to clean up the mess and fire himself.   Alexander later appeared at Club Gatto where he confronted the OverLord Virgil Gorgon to protect Danielle Mersella, a known agent of Zero who had been brainwashed and later betrayed by said brother. Later on he did battle against forces of the Federation under Lord Providence, the latter of whom had also turned Danielle's team against him. The battle was long lasting though only due to Alexander's decision to play with his foes. When pressed to end the situation with no other given out, he mercilessly executed the entirety of Providence's team.

Lord Blackheart- referred to by various members of the Shadow Dominions, sometimes used as an insult or taunt such as with Virgil Gorgon.   Hollow Bastard- referred to as such by Vox Tatara for Alex's Hollow Powers.
