And so the unlikely heroes make their attack on Helios 9 to restore power to Frontiersville and the PlasmaRail system. Just how will it end?

With the information gathered by Strider the party decides to bypass the external security system by buying invisibility scrolls and sneaking through them all. Luckily when they got to the door, Walker was able to hotwire it and they broke in before the outside guards could react!   Coming to a large room filled with terminals, card printers, and equipment... Cass walks up and hits the big Yes button on printing the card before they can study the room. The first encounter begins.   The first encounter was rough, injuries and Strider went down due to a catastrophic equipment failure but through determination they succeeded.   Printing a security card after the encounter allowed them to access the east wing of the facility. Here they came into contact with the Cannon-Eye bots that shoot out colored lights. They witnessed two matching colors overlapping and causing an explosion.   Finding the hostages that were in the facility, they saved them... and two decided to come with the party. An oddball receptionist who actually was a priest of some sort, and then Lunk the Kobold.   Having gotten a higher security clearance card from a locker they could access the west and north wings, deciding to head west first they clear out the security room and add themselves to the security card database... while removing cultists. The outside turrets decimated the unprepared security.   They headed north and met a chief engineer, Creator Carlos, who was working on their new experimental shielding technology. Although the party was split on how to best approach the situation, with many taking the direct approach and just trying to brute force the shield and Strider blocking the light to leave Carlos exposed for a while... Lunk was the one who decided to overload the shield by matching colors.   Taking Carlos out the gang is now left with two choices. To go north to the reactor where Apostelous awaited them, or to try bringing their newly acquired omnicard back to the terminal they had passed by.
