This vast ant colony, referred to as The Antless by the local fauna, are impressive builders. When the waters of the Shadowline Sea are still enough, they construct intricate bridges with their bodies. Constructing kilometer deep cavern systems underground with pheromonal orientation systems isn't much of a challenge either.

The hive is ruled by a hidden queen who commands through a telepathic link, dictating each ant’s role and actions with precision. Within this intricate network, the ants are bound by a collective consciousness that leaves no room for individuality. Any hint of independent thought is swiftly detected and ruthlessly purged.

The cat-sized workers are the smallest among them, they construct and maintain the colony's infrastructure. The Formica are slightly larger and equipped with acid sprays for defense. Lastly the Gigantea are the size of sheep. These warriors are equipped with devastating mandibles for combat.

The hives relentless expansion has brought extinction to many who didn’t flee in time.
