Radolaer

Radolear is a city high in the Caleair mountains, it is mainly populated by Arakocra with Dragonborn being the next highest population. The city is spread across multiple mountains and mountaintops as it was first build for arakocra it was designed with flight in mind.    The people of the city are very free spirited and as such there is no formal governemt in the city. Each peak is run by a constantly revolving collection of elected citizens who assist with the running of the city. There is no formal police force or jails but each peak will find and punish criminals differently.   Radolear is one of the most magical cities on the continent as it is height grants more potential, because of this there is a the only mage school located on the continent hidden somewhere in the city. These mages are very insular but do lend their magic to assist the city, such as powering gondoliers that help flightless citizens traverse the peaks.
