Arakocra
The Arakocra are a native species to Sirona they live mainly in the high mountains around the city of Radolaer. Being so high up they have a natural affinity for magic and tend to stay in high areas, although some have settled in the lower lands of the range. Although some of their lands fall within the The Confederation of Espur they are not citizens and do not follow its laws.
Mostly free willed the Arakocra society is much more loose than the human dominated lands around them, they don't normally like the more restrictive rules of other lands but can sometimes be found traveling and experiencing the cultures of the continent.
