The Nasirakna Blockade

Freedom what of travel used to be unrestricted before the arrival of the Colony--now there is a naval blockade stretching from east to west below the island of Nasirakna. Intended to block Kotabalon from getting resupplied by the Free Islands, the blockade requires merchants to have a letter of approval to pass inspection, otherwise risk confiscation of their goods and being turned around. The rules have created a class of pirate smuggler which embarks on the dangerous work of running the blockade to reach Kotabalon
