Prince Hazdi is the brother of King Rougeon.
The two of them were adopted when they were traded to a traveler for some food in a basket. They had been taken by some raiders and were then forced on this man, and then the raiders took his food.
The man's name was Simsai and he himself had also been adopted.
His wife Musai was the daughter of the giant who had adopted him. She and Simsai could not have children and so they raised Hazdi and Rougeon.
Hazdi and Rougeon both ascended to power in Rouge and shared a palace.
They themselves went out and found wives who were sisters from the tribe in the forest of Pretobol.
Both wives got pregnant right away and they had very similar looking sons.
Both sons were worthless and eventually their sons attack Kiloa and Ruyi, who are two of the most ruthless warriors of Jaune who had just emigrated and were on their way to seek Rouge as their new country. The death of their sons causes a split between Hazdi and Rougeon and Hazdi leaves to the Valley of Scavengers while Rougeon stays in the Palace of Rouge.
