Sigil:
A white banner with a black skull and crossbones on it. The skull at the front of the crossed bones, is said to have an ancient jotun rune on it. Granting the ship extra luck as it glows a bright crimson. Some have even noted sacrifices being drained of their blood over the sails to cause the rune to glow.
Owner:
Black Bone Og, a jotun known for his immense size and strength. Being a master of multiple weapons, magic arts, and ancient jotun runes. Black Bone Og was said to have been born around the beginning of the Clouded Age. A young jotun who had little to his combat ability. He found himself early on enslaved by his family. Though he would eventually stumble across an ancient magic staff that granted him necromantic abilities. Causing the young jotun to return to his family, siphoning their lifespans and devouring their souls. All in order to gain more power from his newly found staff from the Age of the Fae. With time it is said that Black Bone Og would build a small crew of criminals who would eventually fall in with a demon lord by the name of Charred Bone Uthem. The two would become fast friends, and eventually the two organizations would join together. Raiding the skies and destroying settlements all over the world in order to gain more wealth and power. Eventually Black Bone Og was said to gain the secrets to Lichdom through stealing the magics of another. One fateful night he would perform the ritual, and little would be known of what happened next. A few years later, the Black Bone Pirates would resurface, a powerful leader who called himself Black Bone Og would arise. And the pirate group would conquer the remainder of the skies and seas. Some say that Og would change personality wise after the great ordeal. Others claim it was surviving the end of The Clouded Age. But we believe that the ritual he performed caused his jotunanity to vanish. Who’s to know the truth.
Founder:
Charred Bone Uthem, an elder eldritch jotun who preferred the company of beasts to demons. Having been born half demon and half jotun, Charred Bone Uthem was considered a cursed child from youth. Spending much of his childhood being burnt by those stronger than him until his skin turned black. Eventually Charred Bone Uthem would grow tired of the treatment, slaying his clan and wiping out the last of the families bloodline. He would take what treasure he could find and purchase his first airship. From here, the name of Charred Bone Uthem would ring out across all five continents of the Clouded Age. Causing demon lords and bufoni alike to flee from his presence. It is said that Charred Bone Uthem was the first individual to find the truth behind a strange fruit that grew in the age. The fruit was said to grant powerful techniques of mana and martial equally. Though some would even note physical mutations that granted animal or strange creature-like powers.

Though there are currently believed to be thousands of smaller pirate organizations serving under the flag of The Black Bone Pirates. We wished to note the most prominent members of the full organization.
Charred Bone Pirates
The original founder of the Great Fleet of Terror. The Charred Bone Pirates served as Charred Bone Uthem’s personal ship and crew. Once one of the most feared pirates who caused even Demon Lords to run. The crew now stands a mere spark in the darkness of the world. Compared to its roaring inferno of The Clouded Age. Its current leader, a half jotun half proto-fiend is said to be a temperamental sort. With his explosive fire based mana techniques, many believe him to be the one who will slay Black Bone Og.
Crimson Wind Pirates
Led by the nefarious Canon, this group of pirates are known for their specialization of fighting like the wind. Many of them being half-elves and half jotun, causing them to be quite agile for their diminished size. The group is said to be mostly filled with genius inventors who can create anything from scrap. Going as far as to outfit their ship to steal pieces of other individual ships over treasure.
The Broken Sea Pirates
Led by a large beastfolk hippo female that is said to have extremely smooth skin. The Broken Sea Pirates are a strange lot who specialize in elemental damage. With many of them using the strange fruits that grant them powers to become said element. The group is notorious for robbing villages of their young inhabitants. Preferring to brainwash and indoctrinate the youth as faithful servants to the massive pirate crew.
The Last Blade Pirates
Led by a clown named Lauffy, the Last Blade Pirates are known for their many swordsmasters onboard. As well as their unique fighting art, each of them is a master in the art itself. It is said that each member can run on the wind, harden their skin to iron, and even see into the future. Though the group is known for its unique “circus” like attire and ship theme. Do not let this fool you, for the group has managed to take out multiple settlements by themselves.
The Bright Hornet Pirates
Led by the Dark Bee of the Bee family, the Bright Hornet Pirates are known for their strange teleportation magic. Specializing in hit and runs, the group are all master rogues and escape artists. Preferring to act as an ally gang, each member fights independently of the other members. Caring little for anything besides their individual prizes. Though no member has been known to step out of line. With many fearing Dark Bee and his strange magics. The group is well known for arriving behind a vast swarm of either glowing hornets or darkened locusts.
The Black Arrow Pirates
A group of pirates said to be led by a former Regin that was said to be a forest jotun. The pirate group specialized in its strange druidic and necromantic magic. Stealing the souls and lifespans of any who came in contact with the group. The Black Arrows that they launch are said to turn wood to dust. While if they hit you, it is said they begin to glow red as your body slowly ages. The arrows are said to be tipped with a rare mosquito-like insect that disguises itself as a beautiful flower. Then as its “roots” or mouths as they are, shoot out from the sides and attack incoming beasts. Drinking as much of their lifeforce before falling off and flying away drunk-like.

Larry “The Golden Fox” of clan Foxy
Specializing in slow magic, Larry is well known for his beastfolk like appearance and bright red long nose. Contrary to his bright golden fur, his nose is said to be a curse from a demon lord that he once spited.
Big Oarm “The Huge Arm”
Known for having found an ancient fruit that granted him the power to increase his size at will. Big Oarm would serve as the right hand of Charred Bone Uthem all the way up until his downfall. Later splitting off and forming his own crew of The Huge Pirates. He would instead make it his mission to slay all his former crew members to show his power.
Chimp N. Nikas “The Loony”
Having devoured an ancient fruit that granted him the ability to cause one to feel as if the world was going insane. His strange power inclusive of his bardic talents led many to believe everything they would see. Believing the world to bounce alongside Nikas step, and even that volcanos can punch holes in individuals. Nikas is a well known bard who would go toe to toe with Demon Lord Sanguis Bibentes before the individual would vanish from history. Few are said to have fought the demon lord and lived, even fewer can claim to have nearly claimed victory.
Blue Hair “Stabber”
A master sling user and said to be the cook of the Charred Bone Pirates and The Black Bone Pirates. Blue Hair “Stabber” was ironically given the nickname when his first attempt at crime landed him in a dungeon. Having attempted to stab a young demon noble. Blue Hair would do such a horrible job that the leaders of the demon clan mocked him. All the way until he got a hold of a sling and nearly destroyed the continent. Though his nickname of “Stabber” would never vanish, legends say that he was quite capable with daggers. A master by some standards, though his true power came from his sling. A sling so powerful it split a hivekin in half.
Umi “God King”
The right hand of Black Bone Og and the only confirmed noble amongst the group. Umi was said to be the third born son of The Dark King himself. As well as the blooded kin of the first Destiny's Lord. Though Umi would go on to not only gain a strange powerful fruit that granted him god-like powers. Umi would even manage to go on and slay the Law Bearer of Rule. A being that was considered amongst the second ranking of law bearers of old. Umi is also believed to be the only confirmed pirate who only fought with his fists. Though his shadowy figure makes it quite hard to make out if they are truly his fists, or if a gauntlet of ancient magic covers them.

The Charred Cove
A hidden cove on Celsica, north of Crakec, and said to be on the edge of Ficcfys own lands. A darkened cove lays beneath dark and dense burnt trees. There the many pirates and flesh peddlers of the world congregate. The cove is well known for its strange design in which it goes beneath the cove and watery entrance. Designed similar to a Niwarves city, the stronghold has hundreds of businesses that thrive on flesh trading. Many slaves find themselves with unique marks confirming their assigned “talents”. Then they are quickly shipped off through the many deep dark tunnels that the cove patrols.
Toad Skull Island
A small island that is said to be between Olymia’s main continent and the Sunny Waves Island. The island itself is said to be no more than a few kilometers long with one being able to walk from one side to the other within an hour. However, the island itself is well known for its strange rock that is said to be shaped like a gargantuan toad's skull. The entirety of the skull shaped rock is said to be hollowed out and filled with businesses of all sorts. The majority focus of the island being the vast drug trade for the unique mushrooms that grow within the island. As well as the vast dream lilies that seem to spot the lands. Each a beautiful shade of blueish purple as it glimmers night and day.
Wave Cracker Island
Located between the northern Cracked Lands and Celsica. The island is said to be a small piece of the continent that has broken off. Slowly over the years hundreds of pirate groups have managed to expand the island. Taking broken ships they fetch from beneath the waves and attaching it to the island. Thus expanding it to be a massive pirate cove that floats freely amongst the sea. The island is said to be seen only amidst the eye of a massive storm that covers thousands of miles out from the center of the island. As well as the strange black smoke that seems to cover the island from an outsider's perspective. Causing one to almost think it to be the hurricane at the center of the vast storm. Though to those who have been there once, or who are a part of the pirating world. The island is as easy to spot as if it were a sunny afternoon of clear skies. The island itself specializes in raw resource processing, crafting and ship building. Though it's almost impossible to track if you do not have a wooden ring from the island's core.
Broken Cap Mountain
Located within the skies themselves, the mountain is said to be an island that an ancient demon lord once made float. Its body is now trapped within as a sort of battery and tomb-like device keeps it within. Now the island serves as the main cove for all airships who are said to do evil business. The island itself floats freely amongst the skies, however it can always be navigated back to if you know what to look for. Many pirate captains swear that the island causes their navigation crystals to go awry. Thus one must always be on the lookout. The island itself is said to specialize in magical items and ransoming of nobles. With many businesses set up within and around the cloudy mountain tomb. Each designed to support either holding noblemen or in the creation and processing of magical items. Many have noted some of the greatest artifacts known to dragon and jotun kind being sold within their markets.
