Severta

General

The goddess of gravity and the Law Bearer who created gravity, Severta was known most commonly for her love of her sister Litsia. Though the prismatic scale colored dragon had little to offer in the face of combat, it is known that many depictions of Severta show her shielding Litsia from and Tensub through the use of her bright wings. Though noted for her aloof and typically chaotic mentality, those who worshipped Severta saw her as the goddess of utmost truth, for her law affected everyone equally and had no unfair rulings. Or so that’s how those who served the goddess took her law. In truth, Severta was given a law by Ked-Liz it is said, and thus was never a creature that chose its position. This being said, many have noted Severta as the great shield against all who would oppose her sister Litsia.

Gravity, though many would note her power over the domain of Good, is quite surprising. Gravity is the dominant domain of Severta and is said to be used in a unique way by her worshippers. As many look to her for good, family bonding, and love, taking her belief of Gravity to mean a closeness of each other through bonds.
     

Races that Follow

Though no nation recognizes Severta as a god of theres outright, few refuse her followers due to their unique views.
 

Preferred Item

Any weapon or Armor that is a size larger and is heavy. Followers believe in carrying with their utmost strength the heaviest items as they believe it brings them closer to the Mother. Though it should be noted, the goal is to feel the weight, not be crushed beneath it. As is a common mistake for those who join the church overall, often many take the heaviest armor to be a show of piety rather than a lack of ability.
 

Church/Pantheon

The Church of Embrace is said to welcome all who wish to join it but are quite picky about who is welcomed into the cloth proper. While a small and secretive church, it is said that they have locations across each of the inhabited continents. As for pantheon, Gravity stands as its own domain and authority only under Severta herself. Thus no other god is known to take orders or share in her power.
 

Holy Order

None for Severta does not enjoy bloodshed and would rather protect over slaying. However each member is trained highly to be capable of heavy armor and shield combat in order to protect those around.
 

Champion

None that Severta has chosen to acknowledge due to her fear of betrayal or sabotage by Tensub.
 

Symbol

An iron capital H like symbol that seems to be slightly weighted on either side. One half of the H is said to be of darker iron while the other is polished to a shine. This is said to represent the two halves of the same whole that Severta looks to Litsia and her followers as.

Follower Count

Zero was the number we were given by the priest we met with, though he admitted himself to make it one. But when asked about other locations and wandering priests the holy man suddenly went silent before offering us food and wine once more.
 

Notable followers

None, though we did note one of the underground ruins that the church in Crakec was located within. Did indeed have a record book of powerful adventurers who had sworn some sort of oath to the church, but we could not acquire said book unfortunately.
