Backstory
While Melvin has yet to live a very long life, you could definitely say it was a misunderstood life. Having been created through the dreams of "The Bone Baker" and looking very similar to him, many adventurers and travelers alike were terrified to put eyes on Melvin. After being attacked and chased away many times it would quickly be realized that Melvin needed a way to defend himself, or else his life would be cut short. It was then decided that he would use people's fears against them to drive them insane. As time went on a mistrust grew, which caused Melvin to never really speak with somebody unless he really trusted them. As the threats get heavier he has decided it is time to flee his homely mountain and head out into the unknown in hopes to find his creator and finally learn what his purpose is. Also honing his abilities to become the greatest fear caster this world has ever known.

Having lived through the war between Gregsmaratam’s Diamond Court and The Council of Gems, Melvin is a notorious adventurer who always finds himself at the heart of large conflicts. However, Melvin is also a well respected trap making craftsman who is known to hold classes for rather cheap prices. Both granting him a larger audience of young adventurers and a notoriety as a kind hearted instructor.
Religion
While we theorized that he had a religious interest, it has been confirmed by James of the Iron Heart Merchant Company, that he does not.
Physical Traits :
A two foot tall and approximately one hundred and fifty pound small ball of adorableness is how I would best describe this young hivekin. With glimmering obsidian skin, a large violet eye and only three smaller eye stalks still growing out.
