Sigil:

A golden Karp on a sun stone background with diamond waves encrusted beneath the Karp. It is said the sigil is designed to represent Gollmævill himself, the large sea king creature that had drowned two elder heirs of House Scrolocn. After slaying the beast, the locals were taken aback by such a fierce battle that they had the design made for the young fisherman. Upon which they requested House Scrolocn to grant Dóri "The Bearded Bear" lordship over their port town. As they believed he was exactly what the fisherman and sailors would bow to.
 

Owner:

Alvis "Black Scale" of Lesser clan Carp Horn, also known as the Bastard of Gollmævill Port. Alvis was born the last of his father’s sons and was said to have killed his mother upon his birth. As Dóri "The Bearded Bear" would remarry, it was said that Alvis's crying would drive the woman to take her own life. And as he grew, Alvis's luck only got worse. His eldest brother would find himself swallowed by a Kraken fleeing the Red Lady Pirates. His second eldest brother would be killed during the Red Snow War defending the Tomb of Cerseki from the royalists. And finally, his third brother would find himself beheaded after the failure of the Loyalists during the Red Snow War. Finally, upon hitting adulthood at the end of the snow beard civil war, it is said Alvis would watch his father die. Struck with a broken heart and so much loss, the old bear could no longer hold on. Now Alvis stands a young lord of nearly one hundred and one, little to no facial hair and the body of a strong swimmer. His natural craven attitude set to be his undoing.
 

Founder:

Dóri "The Bearded Bear" of Lesser clan Carp Horn or as he was called when he was young Dóri "Break Beard". For he spent his youth as the bastard of house Scrolocn who was hated by his younger brothers. Having been banished upon coming to adult age, Dóri found himself without a home or a plan. His ability with the blade no greater than any other, his ability with the trident his only value. Though little want was there for a mercenary who fought under water or creatures at sea. Thus, Dóri found himself working as a fisherman for the yet unnamed town of Gollmævill Port. Here it is said that upon a lucky day his trident struck true catching a Jotun monstrous fish. However, young Dóri had no idea that he had managed to catch the lesser apex monster of the sea. As he was dragged under, the young sea cliffed niwarve began to panic. Being pulled further into the depths it was here that he began to lose consciousness. Though the peasants said later he would erupt from the sea as if a Jotun bear. Grasping the monstrous fish in his teeth and throwing it to the water’s edge, Dóri himself could recall none of it. Having accepted the credit and the lordship, Dóri "The Bearded Bear" would go on to live a happy life until his later years. As his bloodline would catch up with him, killing his wife, his sons and leaving him with nothing but a devil child.

Gollmævill Port

A city known for its massive port and huge cliff sides that scare most fresh-faced sailors. With a narrow bottle neck entrance, the city's port is said to be one of the toughest to traverse. Waters break against the narrow cliff sides that house the other two families of House Scrolcn. Gollmævill Port is said to be the home of a massive shark-like whale called "Rich King of the Sea" that ruled the waters as a lesser apex. After being fished out of the water by Dóri "The Bearded Bear", it is said the creature’s body would feed the clan for a hundred years. Its bones made of multiple kinds of metal were turned into a small fortress and port town. And its skin turned into the buildings that now glimmer in the sun towards the evening. The city is a vast paradise for sailors and fisherman alike.

Nearly a hundred thousand ruby volcanos annually though the lesser clan wants for nothing as they save most of their earnings. Thus, many believe them to be one of the richest clans in the world for how much coin they have hoarded.
