Being a large four-story building above ground with a large basement below, the building is noted to have been split up for those who wish to visit or become one of the Iron Heart Merchant Company employees. For the majority of the building, you will find that the tower sports massive invisible cleaning runes, a specialty of the companies own Jame's "The Iron Heart" of clan Iron Heart. Each acts as a cantrip similar to prestidigitation, however instead only focusing on messes that are applied to the ground or walls around. Inside the center of the building, a large dumbwaiter is noted to be able to let you on to each floor either facing north or south as the doors open upon arrival. And lastly, many customers can note the refreshing feel of cleanliness as you walk in. Though this effect does not seem to go into each of the floors many crafting rooms which are sealed individually by both employee and the manager of the building.
For the basement, a large storage and safe is noted to be set up. With the rest of the floor being split between a common area and small to large rooms for each of the employees. It is said that this floor is only accessible through the pantry on the first floor and only to the few employees that work there. The rest of the area is noted to be coated in alarm spells and anti-teleportation methods to block any sort of easy line of sight. It is said that James himself keeps a large ledger of the entire company’s history within the vault itself. Hence the extraordinary anti magic that has been applied to this floor of the large tower.
The first floor is noted to be mostly a large tavern with a specialized kitchen that collects the many recipes of the world as the main company travels. A large bar seems to dominate the other half of the first floor with their own indoor plumbing that James himself is said to have pioneered. Offering both hot and cold water on this floor, many can note the bathrooms offering even "showers" of hot water that is managed daily through the forges worked on within the tower and the cold ice water through a prestidigitation spell that specialized in cooling. The food is said to change on a monthly, with annual specials and certain holiday meals.
The second-floor acts as the main store for all low-level adventurers or starting out merchants. This floor is said to offer unique inventions that lack magic, each said to help those going out into the world. The major pull for this store is their unique ability to create item backpacks for any traveling situation. For example, if you’re a frost Jotun going to Mana's Grove, well due to James and his crew's own experience there is a backpack with a full set of gear ready for you. This will include hot weather clothing, water, things not to mention in front of nobility, common quests, and any basic maps that one can afford.
The third floor is noted for its large crafting and smithing rooms. Here it is said that one can contact the greatest smiths within the company, no matter where they are in the world. And request items of unique design or creation. This floor is also set to have six large bronze pipes that ventilate the smog coming from the item creation outside and into the open air. Giving the building an almost bronze crown like design, each pipe having a cap and the statue of a founding member as recognized by James himself.
And lastly the fourth floor is said to be the only area where one can find the rarest and most unique goods of the Iron Heart Merchant Company. Here it is said that James himself works on new designs daily, however the only way to be allowed on this floor is by having a rank of nobility, being requested directly, or setting an appointment many years in advance. This floor is said to house the greatest craftsman of the company, and only allows those of the highest society to deal with them. It can also be noted that this floor is dominated by three large unique side rooms, the first is a massive terrarium with unique potionkreen and other insectoids. The second is a large garden set to only house the rarest of plants. And lastly the small animal pens that house unique or rare beasts currently planned to be used in crafting of a special order.
