Journal entry
It’s funny, but the reason I’m an adventurer is entirely because of the sins of other people. Left to my own devices I’d be perfectly happy just sitting at a forge pursuing my craft until rheumy old age took me. Instead, I have to play babysitter, tactician, warlord, and executioner. It’s all so bothersome. The sense of loss drives me and the desire to keep other people from feeling that same loss. The world I live in is dictated by terms by creatures that don’t care about the plights of the “little” people, and I can’t help but want to lash out at that framework and tear it down wholesale.
