Ulari
The Ulari are Aos who's blood has been awoken to Yastriel's gift by luck or chance. This blood gift granted to the Aos during the Chaos War changes a person, awakening them to the power of one of the elemental planes. The change is mostly internal but it also has a variety of outward physical changes, typically hair and eye color, though sometimes the changers are more significant.
