Urbosa
Urbosa is a petite, tan-skinned human woman in her mid-30s, whose dazzling attire and warm, familial demeanor instantly make anyone in her company feel like a cherished cousin or aunt. Her public persona is that of the affable acting manager of "The Traveling Harmonica," overseeing a troupe of freelance entertainers from a fancy caravan wagon. In reality, however, Urbosa runs an extensive and lucrative business as a fence, discreetly buying stolen goods for a price and dealing in illicit wares, including poisons and rare necromancy scrolls. Though she harbors a deep disdain for authoritative figures, she is too shrewd to openly express it, preferring to operate in the shadows of Regalia's underworld, a valuable, if morally ambiguous, ally to those like Goen Steele.
