Tethisithesis
Tethisithesis is a Viashino lizardfolk elder living near the coastline of the Overlook Harbor. She oversees a small band lizardfolk who roam the desert. They were seeking a new home when they ran into the Crimson Eclipse, Tethisithesis offered Yurlock, her personal guard to help the group retake Avanzel, a seemingly anceint dwarven fortress that was taken over by Sahuagin.
