Season 3, EP 4: Cyradyll

The journey toward the Eastern Wood was a shift from the metropolitan to the rugged frontier. It was here, in the heart of the Eastern Wood that Goen introduced the party to a long-time acquaintance: Urbosa. Urbosa, a shrewd and pragmatic figure, was the acting manager of "The Traveling Harmonica," a mobile operation that served as a fence for illicit goods, dealing primarily in poisons and necromancy scrolls. Urbosa was a valuable contact as she guided the group in seeking out Falcon's Lodge to help with their querry.

"If there's anyone who knows anything about what's happening in Brittlewood, it's him." said Urbosa.

So the group ventured further deeper in the forest and eventually found Falcon's Lodge, a rustic establishment run by a capable individual known as Garth, or "Falcon" as he prefers. He pointed the group towards the direction of the cryptic clues that Leyon left with the group.

"A tree made of golden leaves and a blue-stoned road?" Falcon pointed toward a path that lead futher West, "Follow that path, and you'll see your destination. But, the woods have been stirred by a ferocious beast known as the Raiju. If you want to get to that tree, you'll have to get passed him."

The path led them to a hidden clearing, pulsating with raw elemental energy. Here, they were confronted by a monstrous, crackling entity: the Raiju. This colossal creature of pure lightning, a force of nature itself, defended the sacred site with fierce determination.

The battle against the Raiju was an electrifying clash of power and skill, testing the party's cohesion and individual might against a truly primal foe. Ultimately, after a grueling engagement, they managed to defeat the Raiju, revealing the golden tree behind it.

Crystal immediately started to dig. Beneath its ancient roots, they discovered a hidden, untouched resting place. Within, they found a coffin containing only ash, a set of meticulously preserved plate armor, and, most significantly, a royal ring bearing the Runeshire crest. This was it, the final resting place of Cyradyll, Leyon’s beloved, and the true symbol of Crystal’s claim to the throne, a legacy not merely of wealth but of destiny. This discovery brought a wave of both triumph and profound responsibility to Crystal, her ancestral path now laid bare before her.

As the group made their way back to Runeshire, Crystal beamed with pride as she wore the armor of her ancestor, proving once and for all, that her heritage was indeed destined for something greater, even more grander than Runeshire's legacy, but perhaps, Regalia's.
