Harbin Wester
Harbin Wester is the current mayor of Cloudheath. He spends most of his days indoors on paperwork, figuring out disputes between businesses. He was suppose to produce new deals with one of the larger cities for protection, but he's been late in producing such promise. His latest project is the revitalizing of Cragmaw Castle.
History
Harbin was born 1183 EG of House Aeryn. He is the son of a wealthy noble family who owns a large fishing company in Gale Harbor. He never really learned to swim or fish when he was younger, and was pampered his entire life, he pursued wizardry, but eventually dropped out of Vezner Academy. He helped run some paperwork for hisVeznery's business, but was eventually thrown out for embezzlement. He soon left Gale to pursue Cloudheath when he found out that there was a town that needed an administrator. He eventually convinced enough people in Cloudheath to back him. The only reason he's in the position he's in, is because he understands legal jargon.
