The First Civilization

Era beginning/end

The first civilization and empire, Elvaris, was of the united alsin elves and vasri human people. Due to an unknown cataclysm, a horrific civil war ripped the empire apart and set the stage for the Alsin Schism and the breaking of the vasri into the Five Nations. At its height, Elvaris covered nearly 90% of Syrel and 40% of the totality of Sidelliar.

The alsin were intensely in-tune to the forces of Ether and Void, being the direct creations of the joined efforts of the elder gods. They were the primary beings, the vasri people's merely human nature resulting in a clearly defined de facto hierarchy. There was harmony and mutual respect, however, that lasted until the end of Elvaris's time.
