Zlans bardic college
The Zlans bardic college within the Ussath Riel city of Uplinas is one of the main bardic colleges on the continent. Allthough the college does teach classes in singing, various performance arts, and musical instruments, the main focus of the college lies in lore and oratory, emphasising the bard's role as the spreader of news & knowledge, and their role as mediators, witnesses and scribes.
