Fraron university of magic
The Fraron university of magic in the Ussath Riel city of Uplinas is one of the most renowned institutes of magical learning within Ussath Riel. Allthough it's focus lies on the advancement of magical theory in general, researching various forms of magic and their use, it is also known for it's expertise in evocation magic. The institute has trained many warmages since it's founding, and the institute was a great boon during the war of skulls.
