The Sixfold Shadow emerge as saviors of Shal’Azura’s missing children!

  Keeping up their ceaseless vigilance, a newly formed collective of heroes going by the name “The Sixfold Shadow” was on patrol in Karam following the series of killings and abductions that happened there over the last couple of days. Their tireless vigil and heroic attitude lead to the discovery of five of the seven missing children, who seemed to have been hiding in their family’s homes after the brutal assaults on their parents.

“It was terrifying and hard work.” Neriah Brielle Starchild shuddered as he recalled that fateful night.”We took up station in the houses of the victims in pairs of two, keeping alternating watches. The scene was grisly—people had been killed here. It was dark, cold, and isolating, without a soul in sight. At one point, I accidentally cut myself while whittling a wooden puppet. You know, in case the children reappeared and needed some toy, or something. In any case, it was a long night and we didn’t get much sleep, and what sleep we got was like cramped and uncomfortable. One time I was startled by a fennec rustling through some nearby bins, and another time an old man, who was obviously drunk, woke me by dropping a stone or something, and then there was this weird child, and a stone lizard. It was literally hell, this night must be what a night in the Nine Hells must feel like.”

Concluding this exclusive, we are happy to report that the children have been taken care of by their next of kin. Two children who have no family in Shal’Azura were taken in by the Blackwater Run Children’s Home in the Moonlit Meadow, Jamin.
