Whocent Republic
The Whocent Repuiblic is a Nation state of the Jhatee Confederacy. They are generally seeking technological advances, at almost any cost. However, they also want to have strict cultural control over their people, and their culture has stagnated over the years.
They were the first of the Jhatee nations to make it into orbit, as well as break the warp barrier.
The Whocent have a culture of strict duty to the state and family, as well as honoring their old culture of conquerors.
The Whocent Republic is on a large Volcanological active continent to the south. It was a Migratory point for their species and not their cradle, so this land was only colonized sometimes after the Bronze age. Intense scientific study was needed to tame the land, but also a strict code in order keep the population from being wiped out on this harsh landscape.
They have the Largest and most active military. However, their formation and strict and rigid, making them inflexible in combat.
