The Outer Filth
Outer filth is the outermost ward of Arrowmire. This part of Arrowmire, even though is the “newest” part of the city, is the least taken care of. The builds are in various stages of being rundown, it stinks of waste that piles up in the street. The streets are crowded with people in various states of squalor. There are many guards that keep a keen eye on all the people waiting for something to happen. If you take a walk on the main road of the Outer Filth, you will notice four taverns, a few shops and warehouses, the city jail, a cemetery, and many houses packed close together.
When passing through the gate into the Outer Filth, a guard warns you “get off the street by sundown, or you will spend 2 days in jail, no fighting or we will find you and throw you in jail, report any words that speak ill of the dutchess immediately, enjoy your stay at Arrowmire”.

The City of Arrowmire is ruled by the Duchess of Arrowmire.

There are high stone walls.
The is the city guard to control the citizens of the Outer Filth.
The Contrat Shadows and Doomthorn have their own fighters for their own needs.
