The Commonwealth of Dorwine
The Commonwealth used to be simply known as the Kingdom of Dorwine. However after a line of less effective monarchs there was a push to allow more competent individuals to have say. Before a civil war could break out. The last of the absolute monarchs signed a constitution. This moment in history was a recent one, just less then a hundred years ago.
A proud nation, where its average citizen has had to adjust to the new life that has come with the government changing.Dorwine is known for its horsemanship, large grasslands provide a great deal of food, and cattle to trade. Its people thus value hard work, and a level of straight forward honesty. There is a deal of 'old' cultures and ways which remain and are tolerated by the authorities that be.
Under their current Queen there has a been a measure of construction projects, new villages and towns have popped up as new programs to help people prosper. The aggressive stance her neighbor in Estrium takes however has begun to worry her and her parliament. Build up of forces on the borders has lessened the amount of support she has been able to give to the Order of Sunshield.

Royal Lands of Dorwine: Dorwine and the lands around it are some of the most fertile and lush within the nation. The royal forest to the south of the city is protected by ancient laws and codes which have been held up even in the modern parliament as ‘sacred’
Province of Sarve: The cordial relations with the Lands of Raurille to the south have made Sarve into an important trading spot. Many merchants start their careers or find stable careers there for its relative peaceful region.
Province of Rožlanta: Known for the large Rozlantan forest which fills most of the province they people of this region are woodsmen, hunters, and carpenters mostly.
Province of Torrín: Torrin is not all alike its other trade city of Sarve. Torrin also serves as a fortress to watch its northern neighbor with some warriness. Torrin hosts some of the prized horselands and cattle country of the nation.
Province of Sázalov: is a relatively new part of the commonwealth and the small province is growing and finding itself in the thinnest region of owned territory of the nation. Its people are hardy and still can recall its frontier ancestors. It is currently undergoing a fortification effort from the Parliament.
Province of Barvintopol: the Second largest province holds a large portion of the nations population and provides a great deal of recruits for the army during wartime. It stands as a bulwark against Estrium and in the past has been where the Dorwinian army strikes forth from to repel attacks or attempt them.
