Serev'ka Threats to the world are beyond human understanding. Only those with superhuman powers can hold against a mysterious man's group and his followers.

It has been some years since Unmei's murder. The twins have made names for themselves in separate directions. Both are about to find out there is more out there to Terra. There is a universe and the mystery they plan on solving spans worlds. Kasei must gather old allies she met in her descent into Ninokuni's criminal underbelly. Tousotsu must keep an eye on his chaotic sister as a Serev'ka operative.

Meanwhile, Kasei's informant, "Setsuna" has come for Kasei's end of their deal. Kasei is about to uncover more of her mother's past, but she must help him assist Lady Epsilon. Her informant, "Setsuna", is positive the woman will become an important member of Kasei's and Tousotsu's investigation team.

Who is Lady Epsilon? What is she? Can she truly help the twins with their mother's murder?
