History
The first elven city, created before written history, now a fading testament to the longest-lived people in the land. Splinted Moon Keep and its inhabitants have witnessed the rise and fall of numerous civilizations, the burning of the world, and the convergence of the divines and primal spirits. Ever since its founding the keep has been a staple in magical research and development for the elven arcanist. Here they charted the night sky and created the basis for the calendar used round the world. Once the proud jewel of the north, Splintered Moon Keep has begun to fall into ill repair as the elves themself begin to fade from this world. In an effort to extend elven heritage Lord Aggo Lochthwain joined peacefully with the Holy Trynnien Empire.
