The Battle of the Ironfist

The final battle between the Ironfist Rebels, and the Giant Empire. In the end, the Giants were routed one last time retreating from Semita through what remained of their known teleportation arrays, which were later destroyed by order of Dain Ironfist.

Tremendous losses were sustained by both sides of The Battle of the Ironfist as the forces of the Giant Empire sought to reclaim Eisenberghof as part of a final attempt at a counteroffensive to try and regain a point to rebuild their war effort on the surface. However, with the presumed death of King Gedius the Giant's host was broken and retreated through what was left of their teleport arrays fleeing to their colonies far from Semita.   The teleport arrays would be destroyed by order of Dain Ironfist as he prepared for his coronation and attended to by his King's Guard laid his brothers to rest in the newly built crypts of House Ironfist.   Following the Battle of the Ironfist there was formal surrender by what remained of the Giant Empire and Dwarves around the world began to take over the former Giant settlements as Giants either fleed the planet or fleed into the wilderness fearing reprisals from dwarvish lynchmobs.
