Shadrach
The puppies conceived by Celosia were quite popular at the time of birth. They are still well-known within certain pockets of the organization, but there is still a decent chunk of people who have no idea they even exist.
When they were born, news spread quickly of the experimental TWEAKing serum that had supposedly been utilized on the dogs. People wondered if the agency would send out a special official statement to answer any lingering questions about the current status of health and well-being for the dogs, or the technology used to sustain them, but most felt as if the organization was intentionally withholding back due to ominous reasons.
Some people believe that the process was not as successful as the agency wanted to keep everything hush hush, but the three puppies then were soon discovered to be successful and thriving. After a certain period of time during which they were being observed in a lab, the three puppies were split up and sent off to different environments. Each was raised in a different habitat under different conditions. It is said that one of them grew up as a normal pet within a house. One of them grew up in a wilder setting out in the woods in an undisclosed location, and one of them stayed around a WILLOWISP base location in labs. The one who stayed around WILLOWISP base locations was known as Shadrach. This puppy came to be somewhat of a celebrity to those who were stationed at the headquarters that were considered his home due to the fact that HTPMDs were a relatively new phenomenon for the company. Everyone wanted to see what these new dogs were up to. Though nothing super spectacular seemed to be different about the dogs, the sheer thought of them being genetically enhanced and modified brought an air of excitement and intrigue to all who were familiar with the situation. Those who didn't know wanted to find out, and those who knew wanted to know even more. There were internal blogs and channels dedicated to the process of raising these dogs, along with lots of watercooler talk and speculation.
