Celosia
Celosia is technically the oldest HTPMD in existence at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P.. Though the dog was not originally bred using the TWEAKing process, her set of puppy triplets were given the latest version of the formula soon after birth. Celosia herself was also given the treatment, but Scientists were uncertain if its results would effectively be reflected in her due to the mature age at which she was administered the serum.
Unlike other HTPMDs, Celosia does not go out into the field. She is well-cared for and monitored daily. She is fed and interacted with as if she were a typical pet dog. Scientists are logging her every action to see how the TWEAKing process is working for her.
Celosia's significance is widely unknown to most employees at the organization. Those who are aware of and study HTPMDs still don't know everything about her. Many believe that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were orphaned puppies when they were found, or were adopted as babies and brought to the organization without a parent present. But few know that Celosia is the mother of the three and, consequently, a host of other HTPMDs and enhanced animal companions produced by the W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. organization.
Due to the experiments conducted on Celosia while she was pregnant, Scientists were able to develop the most recent version of the TWEAKing formula and immediately administer it to the pups at birth. Then, they provided the supplement to Celosia herself. Studying the dogs, their abilities, and tendencies side by side, Scientists are able to pinpoint the pros and cons of the TWEAKing process and further expand the usage of such formulae for tasks and missions issued by the company.
Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown: Those HTPMDs sure are cute, aren't they? I wonder what they would be like as pets. They'd probably act like regular dogs, right? Except a little smarter. And some of them can talk, I've heard. ...or, rather, communicate somehow? Translator collar or somethin'. Technology is wild. Speaking of wild, I went to the zoo the other day. I was talking to a dog in the lab about it and she was telling me about how she had more puppies than the Eastern Tiger Salamander who can lay hundreds of eggs at a time! That's wild. I doubt that a dog could have that many offspring.... ...also, I doubt a dog could talk. That's ridiculous. It was probably a dream or something...

Circumstances of Death
Despite speculation, Celosia is still alive and very present at the company.
