Sagan the singer
Sagan is the lead vocalist and secondary string player for the Booted Bards. The band is a collection equals but Sagan is the most charismatic and has the most forceful personality making him the de facto band leader.

Personal history
Sagan was a "basket baby" raised by the Fumayan Lanterns he doesn't know who his biological parents were, but based on Sagan's appearances, they were probably from northern Fumaya.
Raised by Lanterns, he became a Lantern. Sagan blurs the line between a true priest and honorary priest. He is ordained as a priest, but he rarely presides over formal Zarthus worship rituals.
While he is not big on Lantern formalities, he does try to embody Lantern values in his day-to-day life. strives to be self-reliant, charitably focused jack-of-all-trades.
He almost talked his band into the joining army, but ultimately he and the others decided not to. Feeling somewhat guilty about this, Sagan has made it a point to step up and participate in Lantern rituals and endeavors more actively.
Sagan invited Brigid the adventurer to be a part-time band member and she politely declined. Sagan thinks the Booted Bards would dominate the next Battle of the Bands with Brigid included and that is his only motivation for wanting her in the band....no personal motivations at all.
