Indovene Confederacy

General Desciption:

Located in the Highlands of the North, the Indovene Confederacy is dominated by 3 Pure Bloodlined families: the Indovenes, the Aparatics, and the Mendavians. Each of these families tilts toward Archon society with the Indovenes mixing primarily with other Archon lines, the Aparatics breeding with Sylvans, and the Mendavians breeding with Medicos (but also secretly with Necros). The society is heavily regimented around stoic warlike virtue and pure-bloodedness. The Unsparked are treated well by the Aristocracy with the understanding that they may be called upon to flesh out the armies of the Indovene Confederacy. It creates a unique land where the "underclass" is highly respected by the ruling class because they don't really want to risk their Archon heirs in combat if they don't have to. The people of the Indovene Confederacy are tall, often redheaded, with solid builds and lighter features.

The Indovene Confederacy is a stark and imposing nation set in the rugged highlands of the north, surrounded by harsh mountains, dense forests, and frigid, unforgiving weather. The land itself is shaped by extremes, and so too are the people: a society built on the values of stoic virtue, warrior honor, and an unyielding adherence to pureblood superiority. This is a land of ancient houses and formidable warriors, where the struggle for survival is ingrained in the cultural psyche.

At the heart of the Confederacy the three noble families: the Indovenes, the Aparatics, and the Mendavians, hold the reins of power in different regions. These families are the foundation of the Indovene society, and their bloodlines are regarded with reverence and fear. The Indovenes dominate the central Highlands, while the Aparatics control the coastal borders and the Mendavians influence the eastern regions.
