Revenge on the River
After being sentenced to a fate where death was in high likelihood, the party has survived Gartovitz and may choose to venture back to Stilton, at the behest of the Interpreter, to remove the name of Gartovitz from the minds of unfriendly men.
Thus, upon the party's return to Stilton, they must defeat Otto Bue, a merciless Goliath Gangster and make sure the town is safe from his clutches.

Revenge on Otto Bue, eliminating anyone who knows about Gartovitz, saving the town from Bue
Hooks
Bue kicked their asses, trashed the tavern that all the normal people ate and slept at, the Muses Guild are under his protection but also his thumb.
Stakes
If Otto gets access to Gartovitz, he could harvest the inmates for the personal gain on behalf of the Rivermen or unwittingly unleash another great evil unto this already malcontent ridden world.
Moral Quandaries
Otto Bue has provided protection for the Muses Guild, investments for the Salt Grog Brewery and the people feel afraid enough that there is no need for a town guard. Without the centralized power structure, the town may be worse off, especially with the Order of the Turning Gear leaving to protect Gartovitz. Without some sort of agreement, the party will need to back either Mayor Winslow or the Salt Grog guy to fill the power vacuum or the town will collapse into infighting.
