The Cult of Hypnos
Sitting behind the major religions outside of the Church of Ulasis, the Cult of Hypnos is only a very few masters of enchantment magic and dream domain clerics but their magic allows them to have incredible sway over their underlings. By inflicting people with the Miasma, a cultist can say a code word to a person and they will gain near incredible control over a target.
Their ideal is to stay in the shadows, conducting the Empire in a way that they miss, little progress being made outside the military by manipulating the Lords and Senators into keeping the people from advancing out of their dreamlike existence.
Divine Origins
This cult began when the Great Enchanter of Tal-Kwena, Hypnos realized that the best way to influence the world is when no one knew you were doing it. It went incredibly well, unfortunately too well when he sought to take the red Dragon Akatorvak's treasure for his own by having his orc minions rise up against him. This backfired when Hyonos' tower was destroyed during the Flood and his life was lost along with it. Luckily, his influence traveled with the peoples of the Badriel Exodus and thus, his disciples survived under the Ulasian Empire.
