Treaty of Fleurone

We, the undersigned:

• recognise the threat from the Empire of Mirrors with its expansionist aims, and desires to limit the freedom of the people,
• acknowledge that the Empire of Mirrors will only respond in a manner that is beneficial for the future if this threat is met with counter-threat with significant consequences,
• (and) are desirous of peace and freedom to go about our desires as individuals.

Therefore we, the undersigned, with reluctance must enter into a pact of self-defence against the Empire of Mirrors. The terms are as follows:

1. If the Empire of Mirrors attacks one of the signatory powers or territory fully acknowledged as belonging thereof, all the signatories shall provide all aid, both monetary and manpower, as they can to the attacked entity.
2. This support will continue until the Empire of Mirrors has been repelled from the territory or power it has attacked.
3. Following this there shall be an allied attack into the Empire of Mirrors to conquer land or take spoils of equal worth to the attacked territory.
4. This is NOT a general alliance and treaty protecting from attacks between signatories and between signatories and non-signatories other than the Empire of Mirrors.
