The mace, a brutal weapon, stunning or crushing its target. Bones shatter, minds wheel from the impact. A mace is a weapon of clear intent and brutality. The Redeemer stuns at the slightest touch slowing and sometimes immobilizing its target for a short time. However, the mace's true power is the rending and consumption of Aether energy or Souls. Separating the soul from a target is not a peaceful process, true to its design the Redeemer requires the vessel to be broken. After several bloody, bone-crushing strikes Aether energy begins to siphon from the body into the mace. Once complete the pulverized corpse appears slightly withered from the removal of the soul. The contained Aether energy can be used by the wielder to empower strikes, increase movement, heal the wielder, and provide temporary defense against spells.
