Leaders of the central worlds meet on Vecu, at the old Imperial Court (now under the patronage of The Caelum) to finalize and sign the Grand Bargain, a treaty that establishes a new political and economic era in Ruartei. This marks the end of the Rebuilding and the beginning of the Grand Society.
